Dogs must bee kept on a lead at all times on the estate.
Dogs and cats waste must be picked up straight away on all public arears in consideration of others.
No animals must be in the public arear unattended.
No pets are to be feed outdoors, and it is not allowed to establish feeding stations for birds, foxes or other animals on the lawns or close to the entrances as it attracts rats and other pests.
Feeding of birds must only be done from own terrace, if it dos not litter onto the downstairs flats / terraces or onto the public arears.
