Renovation of flats
If your flat needs renovating, here are some points you and your builder need to take into consideration :
It is not allowed to create noise between 8:00pm and 8:00am.
Rubbish, like cardboard packaging, must be put out for garbage collection on uneven weeks. It must not be put into the skip for general waste.
Any building rubbish must be removed by yourself and must not be put out for rubbish collection.
As our hallways are newly renovated, we ask of you and your builder that you cover floors, banisters and walls so they are not damaged.
It is not allowed to drive or park on the pavement or the lawns.
As owner it is your responsibility to make sure your builder respect these rules.
